If a Movebooth Channel is already loaded and active in the Movebooth Photo Booth App for iPad, and you want to switch to a different Movebooth Channel, there are a couple of recommended methods to do so.

The iPad must be connected to wi-fi with working internet access in order to switch between Movebooth Channels on the iPad.


Method 1: Access the Channel Selector Menu Directly

To prevent your guests from accidentally access the Channel Selector Menu, we have hidden it behind a secret gesture.

From the Movebooth Photo Booth App for iPad Start Screen–the one with a large "Start Photo Booth" button at the bottom–locate the extreme bottom-left corner of the iPad display (not the bezel, but the actual display).

There is no button there, but if you quickly triple-tap with one finger in the very bottom-left corner of the display, a new screen will appear with the title, "Select a Channel." It looks like this:

Simply locate the Channel in the list that you want to switch to, and tap the arrow button next to it. This will switch your iPad over to the new Channel.

If your Movebooth account does not have an active Movebooth App License or the "Active Until" date in a Channel's settings has passed, you may not be able to load your Channel(s) correctly.


Method 2: Access the Channel Selector Menu via the App Status Screen

In addition to the direct-access method described above, there is an additional secret screen in the Movebooth Photo Booth App for iPad that we call the "App Status" screen. Accessing the App Status screen is similar to accessing the Channel Selector Menu directly.

From the Movebooth Photo Booth App for iPad Start Screen–the one with a large "Start Photo Booth" button at the bottom–locate the extreme bottom-right corner of the iPad display (not the bezel, but the actual display).

There is no button there, but if you quickly triple-tap with one finger in the very bottom-right corner of the display, a new screen will appear with the title, "App Status." It looks like this:

Locate where the current Channel is displayed in the App Status menu and tap the "Change" button to access the "Select a Channel" screen (pictured above).

Then locate the Channel in the list that you want to switch to, and tap the arrow button next to it. This will switch your iPad over to the new Channel.

If your Movebooth account does not have an active Movebooth App License or the "Active Until" date in a Channel's settings has passed, you may not be able to load your Channel(s) correctly.
