Force-close the Movebooth app (swipe up from the Home bar)
Reopen the app
If still frozen, restart the iPad
Photos not sending to guests
Check your Wi-Fi connection β the iPad must be connected to the internet
Confirm the guest entered a valid email or phone number
Check your channel settings to ensure email/SMS delivery is enabled

Ensure the Lightning or USB-C cable is firmly connected
