Troubleshooting Your Movebooth Hardware

Most Movebooth hardware issues can be resolved by restarting the app, iPad, or checking your network connection.

App not loading or frozen

  1. Force-close the Movebooth app (swipe up from the Home bar)

  2. Reopen the app

  3. If still frozen, restart the iPad

Photos not sending to guests

  • Check your Wi-Fi connection β€” the iPad must be connected to the internet

  • Confirm the guest entered a valid email or phone number

  • Check your channel settings to ensure email/SMS delivery is enabled

iPad not charging in kiosk

  • Ensure the Lightning or USB-C cable is firmly connected

  • Try a different cable if available

  • Check that the power adapter is plugged in and the outlet is live

App says "Beta Has Expired"

  • Go to the App Store and update the Movebooth app

  • If no update is available, contact support
